Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an Inflammation and Immunology Dedicated Case Coordinator to own the patient journey from enrollment to post-fill follow-up. This remote, field-based role supports patients and healthcare providers on reimbursement and access for PDPA and VFM products.

You will manage benefits investigations, prior authorizations, and copay programs, coordinating with HUB partners, payers, and vendors to ensure timely access and compliance across the patient path.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical (or related) experience in customer-facing roles.
• 6 months minimum with Polaris CRM system or equivalent.
• Experience conducting benefit investigations and working with payers.

Responsibilities

• Own 100% of assigned cases and drive patient journey progression.
• Coordinate with HCPs, payers, and HUB partners for reimbursement and access updates.
• Manage prior authorization, BI/BV calls, and copay administration across the patient path.
