Job summary

Pfizer seeks a dedicated Case Coordinator to own the patient journey across access and reimbursement. You will partner with patients, providers, payers, HUB, and vendors to advance approvals and post‑fill follow‑up.

You will serve as a pivotal contact for benefit investigations, PA, and appeals, coordinating with IQVIA/MDX and ensuring accurate DA/PEF documentation. Remote role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in pharmaceutical access/reimbursement helpful.
• Strong communication with patients, providers and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of payer processes, PA and appeals.
• Comfort with high-volume case management.
• Ability to work across time zones if needed.

Responsibilities

• Own 100% of assigned cases and drive ongoing patient journey progression.
• Be the primary contact for patients, caregivers, and HCPs on reimbursement and access.
• Explain coverage, costs, and PA requirements to patients and providers.
• Coordinate with IQVIA/MDX on patient assessments and tests.
• Manage case comments and secure messages for action requests.
• Oversee prior authorization processes and PI documentation.
• Coordinate with HUB partners and internal teams to resolve cases.
• Maintain copay and interim care program administration.
• Post-fill follow-up to confirm copay card functionality.
