Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a dedicated dedicated Case Coordinator to own the patient journey from HUB enrollment through post-fill follow-up. You will educate patients and healthcare providers on reimbursement, access, and coverage, coordinating BI/BV, PA, and appeals with payers and providers.

In this remote/field-based role, you will manage multiple cases, maintain compliant communications, and ensure timely updates. Strong Polaris experience and 8+ years in pharma are preferred.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. Degree; 8+ years of pharmaceutical experience in customer-facing roles.
• 6 months minimum as FRM, PAC, FAS or similar in access and reimbursement with Polaris.
• Working proficiency in Polaris, including case management and documentation.
• Ability to communicate directly with patients, providers, and cross-functional colleagues.
• Knowledge of copay programs, vouchers, and interim care programs.

Responsibilities

• Own 100% of assigned cases and drive the patient journey from enrollment through post-fill follow-up.
• Serve as primary contact for reimbursement and access status with patients, providers, and payers.
• Oversee BI/BV, prior authorization, appeals, and documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate appointments, tests, and voucher administration with providers and vendors.
• Ensure compliant communication and timely case updates across HUB partners.
