Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Patient Access Manager to guide providers and patients through onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment journeys within the Oncology portfolio.

This field-based role serves as the single point of contact for consented patients and caregivers, coordinating enrollment, coverage questions, and program education while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate case documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years experience in field reimbursement, hub case management or related programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients and caregivers, providing approved oncology information and benefit discussions.
• Educate patients on coverage, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options.
• Guide enrollment in PAP and other GSK support programs.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain case records.
• Coordinate transfers to Specialty Pharmacy and back-office Benefits Specialists.
