Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Dedicated Case Coordinator to manage patient access and reimbursement journeys remotely across the United States. You will own end-to-end case management, coordinating with patients, providers, payers, and HUB partners to ensure timely prior authorizations, appeals, and copay support.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of reimbursement pathways, strong communication, and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate directly with patients, providers, and cross-functional colleagues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient-facing and internal collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume cases across a journey.

Responsibilities

• Own 100% of assigned cases and drive patient journey from enrollment to post-fill follow-up.
• Conduct benefit investigation, prior authorization, and appeals coordination with payers and providers.
• Coordinate appointments, assessments, and vendor communications ensuring timely, compliant processes.
• Manage copay and Interim Care programs, and ensure accurate documentation in Polaris.
