Cardinal Health is seeking a Care Coordinator in a remote, full-time role to support patient access to therapy through reimbursement services. You will guide patients through the journey to therapy, coordinating with payers, pharmacies and physicians to facilitate coverage and timely dispensing.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience preferred
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred
• Ability to work Monday-Friday between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM CST

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through intake and reimbursement steps to therapy
• Investigate health insurance benefits and coordinate with payers, pharmacies and patient/ph physician partners
• Escalate highly complex payer/pharmacy issues to senior team members
• Handle sensitive information with discretion including prescriptions, personal data and insurance information
