Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Coordinator, Individualized Care to support patient access to therapy through Reimbursement Support Services. You will guide patients through intake, investigate health insurance benefits, and coordinate with insurers, specialty pharmacies and physicians to facilitate coverage and timely dispensing.

Your role includes handling sensitive personal data, meeting KPIs, and providing high-quality customer service in a remote, full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience preferred
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred
• Ability to work Monday-Friday between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM CST

Responsibilities

• Maintains current understanding of patient therapy, prior approvals and reimbursement processes.
• Meets inquiries from customers and resolves routine issues within authority limits.
• Responds to follow-up requests from patients, pharmacies and physicians as needed.
• Escalates highly complex issues to senior team members and leadership.
