Option Care Health is seeking a Patient Access / Patient Registration Specialist to coordinate referrals, intake documentation, and跨-functional communication, ensuring a seamless transition into care. The role collaborates with referral sources, sales, pharmacy, nursing, and internal teams to deliver timely access to infusion services.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least two years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery with patient, referral source, sales, pharmacy, and nursing.
• Create, communicate and obtain all required documentation for new referrals.
• Assist with upfront patient payment and direct to financial assistance when needed.
• Support follow-up for clean claims on hold and denial management.
• Assist supervisor and manager with special assignments.
