Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Patient Registration Specialist to facilitate new patient transitions to our services and ensure a seamless onboarding experience with referrals and sales collaboration. This role supports the move to home/AIS and maintains strong cross-functional communication.

Required are a high school diploma and at least two years of related experience, with emphasis on accuracy, multi-tasking, and superior customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate discharge with patient, referral source, sales, pharmacy, and nursing to secure nursing and delivery.
• Prepare and obtain all required documentation for new referrals.
• Assist patients with upfront payment and connect them to financial assistance when needed.
• Support claims processing by following up on missing paperwork and denials.
• Assist Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed.
