Accendra Health is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver excellent patient service and product information to patients and providers. You will work remotely in the US, collaborating with Field teams, Operations and Sales to enhance patient experiences and support health plan processes.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and cross-functional problem solving to ensure patients feel heard, valued, and connected with Apria and Byram Healthcare brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in healthcare/health insurance industry is desirable (1–3 years).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize our customers and turn dissatisfied patients into fans.
• Support Field teams, Operations and Sales with timely feedback to improve patient experiences.
