Job summary

GSK is seeking a Patient Access Manager who will be the field-based single point of contact for patients, caregivers, and providers within the Oncology portfolio, guiding onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment steps, and supporting provider accounts with coverage questions after prescribing decisions.

The role emphasizes HIPAA/compliance, enrollment in GSK services, and collaboration with back-office teams, with travel up to 20% as needed to serve the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or helping patients and providers navigate insurance verification, prior authorization requirements, and access criteria.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for patients, caregivers, and HCPs, providing approved information on oncology-specific care and program resources.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
• Support patient enrollment in GSK services, including PAP, and guide enrollment requirements and consent capture.
• Document interactions and manage cases in Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM.
• Capture and report adverse events and product quality complaints per required timelines.
