Job summary

GSK is seeking a field-based Patient Access Manager to guide providers and patients through coverage, reimbursement, onboarding, and ongoing access across the Oncology portfolio.

You will support enrollment, educate on benefits, and coordinate with payer and pharmacy teams to resolve access barriers while documenting activities in Salesforce Health Cloud. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or insurance navigation.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, guiding them through coverage, cost discussions, and education.
• Educate on payer policies, enrollment processes, and program-specific resources, guiding enrollment in PAP and related services.
• Coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy, REMS vendors, and Benefits Specialists for BI/BV and PA tracking as needed.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and ensure HIPAA/compliance adherence.
