Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Patient Access Liaison to support patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers in navigating insurance coverage and reimbursement for Amgen therapies. The role focuses on enabling timely access and educating stakeholders on coverage and financial assistance programs.

In collaboration with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, Marketing, and Case Management teams, you will manage patient cases independently, sharing insights to inform access strategies and address payer

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, Bachelor’s with related patient services and/or access experience or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support patient access and reimbursement across infused and specialty therapies.
• Educate providers and sites on coverage pathways and prior authorizations.
• Resolve access barriers, manage denied claims and assist with coding and billing.
