Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a call center or healthcare customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work across multiple areas.

Responsabilités

• Answer, screen and direct calls and messages using the call management system.
• Schedule and confirm medical appointments; verify insurance coverage.
• Lead the Patient Access Center team; assign duties and coordinate huddles.
• Support remote work according to department guidelines.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of information.
• Provide service recovery as first escalation point.
