Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Handle patient check-in/check-out, including chart review for upcoming appointments.
• Answer calls about appointments and general inquiries; collect payments.
• Verify and update insurance information; perform scanning/sorting in EMR.
• Travel to other clinics as needed.
