The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and at least one year of experience in a medical setting, with strong written and verbal communication skills and HIPAA confidentiality. Computer literacy and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum one year of experience in a medical practice or health insurance organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong integrity, loyalty, creativity, and strict confidentiality with HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Computer skills: thorough knowledge of computer information systems.

Responsibilities
