Job summary

U.S. Urology Partners is seeking a Patient Access Representative to serve as the first contact for patients and to facilitate appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and patient inquiries.

The role involves remote work, data entry in the EMR (EPIC), and registering new patients with accuracy and compassion. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, strong communication skills, and prior experience in medical practice or health insurance, with HIPAA compliance and reliability

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly and courteously.
• Handle inbound calls and remote scheduling.
• Verify and update insurance and demographics.
• Register new patients in the EMR and document requests.
• Triage and route patient questions to appropriate departments.
• Escalate urgent concerns in a timely manner.
