St. Elizabeth Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Patient Access Specialist for our Call Center. You will relay reviewed results to patients, manage high call volumes, document care needs in the EMR, and provide clear information under provider direction.

The role requires active LPN/CMA/RMA/EMT certification, at least one year in a clinical setting, and a commitment to HIPAA-compliant service. After training, there is an opportunity to work from home.

Qualifications

• Active clinical certification (LPN, CMA, RMA, EMT) is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical setting experience.

Responsabilités

• Understand and uphold St. Elizabeth Healthcare's Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Comply with scheduling of patients and release of medical information processes to stay compliant.
• Accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Provide instructions and results to patients under provider directions.
• Verifies and updates patient demographics and insurance information.
• Schedules appointments based on office policies and decision trees.
• Communicates with offices about patient concerns related to results.
• Maintains working relationships with team, practice and leadership.
• Works with central billing on requests.
