Responsibilities

• Relay reviewed results to patients and communicate care needs to providers.
• Manage large volumes of inbound calls while maintaining accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Provide information to patients and resolve questions with providers, offices, and departments.
• Schedule appointments according to office policies and decision trees.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information and update as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA/OSHA/CLIA regulations and communicate patient information securely.
