You’ll influence products, pricing, partnerships, and go‑to‑market, partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and HR to deliver scalable, high‑impact care solutions. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer, Backup Care, and play a pivotal role in defining the vision and execution across the

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in general management, business unit leadership, or similar roles with P&L responsibility.
• Proven experience setting and executing strategy in a growing or scaling business.
• Strong financial acumen, including revenue growth and margin management.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with product, engineering, operations, and customer‑facing teams.
• Ability to operate effectively within a larger organization while maintaining accountability for a standalone business.
• Excellent judgment, prioritization, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Patch Caregiving strategy aligned with Wellthy's mission and priorities.
• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across offerings, pricing, partnerships, and go‑to‑market.
• Own P&L and set revenue, margin, and operating targets for Patch Caregiving.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Eng, Marketing, Client Success, Data, HR, Growth.
• Drive operational excellence, establish KPIs and dashboards, and manage risk.
• Foster ownership culture and partner with HR on talent strategy and development.
