Qualifications
- Five or more years in product management or related field.
- Experience developing greenfield products and roadmaps.
- Knowledge of healthcare or Medicaid operations and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with data management, systems integrations, APIs, portals, and UI/UX.
- Strong leadership and communication with senior leaders and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and development of healthcare technology solutions.
- Translate client, market, regulatory, and business needs into scalable products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products and improvements.
- Mentor team members and govern business architecture alignment.
- Identify process improvements and drive efficiencies across platforms.
