Job summary

Morley Companies, Inc. is seeking a Remote Parts & Inventory Customer Support Agent based in Michigan. You will assist dealerships before and after the sale, handling orders, products, services and questions with a focus on solutions.

Bring your detail-oriented approach and customer service or technical knowledge; we will train you remotely to succeed. The role supports diverse channels (calls, emails, chats) in a home-based setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of customer service experience or technical product knowledge, or higher
• Master’s degree can substitute for experience
• High school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience also acceptable

Responsibilities

• Interact with dealerships using telephone and email
• Log calls and update records
• Respond with technical product knowledge to daily customer-centric activities
• Serve as the primary contact for dealership service departments and client’s breakdown department
• Manage cases and track interactions
• Escalate inquiries to product support, billing, sales, orders or return/repair
• Conduct outbound calls to address submitted questions
• Provide timely and accurate solutions through calls, chats and emails
