Job summary

Morley is seeking a remote Vehicle Return Clerk (Repurchase Coordinator) based in Michigan to help arrange vehicle buybacks for customers and auto manufacturers. You will manage cases and coordinate communications among owners, dealers and lenders, while delivering courteous service.

No prior banking or auto industry experience is required as training will be provided to handle these transactions confidently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Customer service experience (three or more years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure case accuracy
• Assemble case documentation
• Manage communications between the car owner, auto dealer and lending institution
• Negotiate and coordinate vehicle buybacks on behalf of the auto manufacturer
• Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (phone, chat, email) while staying positive and professional
