Job summary

Morley is seeking ASE-Certified Auto Technicians to join a remote support role focused on drivetrain issues. Michigan residents will work from home after an initial on-site training in Saginaw, Michigan. Expect Monday–Friday shifts, with a strong emphasis on customer-facing technical support.

You will assist field service techs via phone, chat and email, leveraging extensive auto repair experience. Morley offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have strong understanding of automotive drivetrain systems.
• Must be able to use electronic service manuals.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or ability to obtain within six months).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs via inbound/outbound calls, chat and email.
• Specialize in automotive drivetrain systems and provide expert help on repairs.
• Complete initial training in Saginaw, MI before working from home.
• Access latest technical data and repair strategies with support from Morley leadership.
• Grow professionally within the Morley team.
