Job summary

Morley is seeking a remote Parts & Inventory Customer Support Agent to assist dealerships with orders, products, services and questions from home.

You will log calls, manage cases, and serve as the primary contact for dealership service departments, using both phone and email to provide timely solutions while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of customer service experience or technical product knowledge
• Master’s degree in lieu of experience acceptable
• High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of customer service experience or technical product knowledge

Responsibilities

• Interact with dealerships using telephone and email
• Log calls and update records
• Use interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge to respond to daily customer-centric activities
• Serve as the primary contact for dealership service departments and the client’s customer breakdown department
• Manage cases, tracking the many interactions
• Escalate inquiries to product support, billing, sales, orders or return / repair claims if needed
• Conduct outbound calls to respond to submitted questions
• Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations while keeping a positive attitude

As a remote Parts & Inventory Customer Support Agent at Morley, you'll help dealerships before and after the sale, assisting with orders, products, services and questions. What You’ll Do

• Interact with dealerships using telephone and email

Eligibility Requirements

• Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Education and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of customer service experience or technical product knowledge
• Or, master’s degree in lieu of experience
• Or, a high school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of customer service experience or technical product knowledge
• Available to work shifts taking place between these hours of operation:
• Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Eastern time (7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Central / 6 a.m. - 4 p.m. Mountain / 5 a.m. - 3 p.m. Pacific)
• No late nights or weekends
• Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive

Remote Work Requirements

• Michigan resident
• Secluded and distraction-free work environment
• Required internet setup:
• High-speed internet delivered through a wired provider (cable or fiber)
• Computer must be physically connected to your modem / router using an Ethernet cable
• Wireless, 5G and satellite connections are not supported
