Job summary

Morley is seeking ASE-Certified Auto Technicians for a work-from-home role with initial on-site training in Saginaw, Michigan. You will support field service technicians through phone, chat and email, focusing on EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems.

The position emphasizes hands-on automotive experience, professional growth, and a stable Mon-Fri schedule with strong benefits. Remote work from SC residents is supported.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications or eligibility with reimbursement.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs via inbound/outbound calls, chat and email.
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems.
• Provide expert help on domestic vehicle repairs from a home office.
• Participate in initial on-site training in Saginaw, Michigan.
