Truss seeks a partner development professional to sign and launch construction-software partners and accounting firms, with a focus on driving growth through strategic alliances. You will manage partner relationships to sustain revenue while earning a commission on net revenue.

The role offers a base salary and substantial upside through commissions, with a quarterly payout cadence and an uncapped earnings model. Remote-friendly within the US as a contractor.

Formación

• Experience closing partnership or channel deals.
• Knowledge of construction, SMB software, or related verticals is a plus.
• Willing to work as a contractor and build your own portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Find, sign and launch partners: construction software platforms, accounting and bookkeeping firms, and franchises.
• Target: at least one partner with 5,000+ customers each quarter.
• Manage your partners after signing so their customers keep coming, which also keeps your commission growing.
