Job summary

Uncapped, a fintech provider of working capital for e-commerce, is seeking a dedicated Partnerships Lead to own the partner channel in the US. You will recruit brokers, affiliates, agencies and platforms, bring them in, and be accountable for the revenue from these relationships.

You will run campaigns, build campaigns, report weekly on applications, approvals, funded deals and originations, and collaborate with Marketing, Analytics and Tech to optimize the partner stack (PartnerStack, HubSpot,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in partnerships or channel sales.
• Experience owning revenue and reporting against a plan.
• Familiarity with GTM stacks and setting up tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new partners (brokers, affiliates, agencies, platforms).
• Drive activation to first funded deals and build time-to-value.
• Manage top partners with regular contact and quarterly reviews.
• Run always-on programs: segmented journeys, newsletters, updates.
• Own pipeline, advance deals, unblock underwriting, and fix routing.
• Oversee partner economics and commissions with data-driven decisions.
• Produce weekly reports and forecasts for the channel.
