CEDX Systems seeks a Partnership & Sales Associate to own deals from first contact to signed agreements. You will select worthy targets, engage senior leaders directly, and manage post-signature relationships. This is a commission-only role with uncapped upside and 1099 contractor status.

You report to the Founder and operate remotely with a focus on US Eastern overlap. Excellent English, proven pipeline-building, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Two or more years in business development, partnerships or another closing role, with agreements you personally signed.
• Fluent, confident written and spoken English - you will be in front of founders and senior leadership from week one.
• Evidence you can build pipeline from nothing: research, outreach, qualification, disciplined follow-up.

Responsabilidades

• Choose and research target organisations, then open the conversation yourself - no inherited list, nothing passed to you.
• Reach the person who can actually decide, and run discovery that finds the operational problem worth paying to fix.
• Demo the relevant CEDX Systems products with enough command of the estate to answer objections without a call-back.
• Structure, negotiate and close deals and partnership agreements end to end.
• Protect the margin - price and scope the agreement so it is profitable, not just signed.
• Keep every opportunity record in the CEDX portal accurate and current - pipeline accuracy is a graded part of the role.
• Hand signed work to delivery with a written brief, then stay the relationship owner through onboarding and renewal.
• Report weekly in writing: what moved, what stalled, what you are changing.
• Bring the market back to the Founder - what buyers ask for, what they refuse, and what a competitor does better.
