Job summary

Paleovalley is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to the growing Partnerships team across Paleovalley and Wild Pastures. This role ensures behind-the-scenes processes run smoothly so the partnerships team can focus on building relationships, driving revenue, and expanding programs.

The role reports to the Director of Partnerships within the Growth Marketing department and is fully remote, U.S.-based.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in administrative, operational, marketing, partnerships, or similar support work preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and follow established processes and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative needs of the Partnerships team across affiliate, paid, and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate affiliate commissions and partnership invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate partner gifting, including product gift boxes and holiday gifts.
• Create co-branded page requests and set up pages, links, and codes for partners.
• Distribute partnership assets, links, and promotional materials to the team.
• Manage cross-functional requests, copywriting, design assets, and promotions through completion.
• Maintain organized partnership records, documents, and project boards.
• Support asset and timeline management for paid partnerships.
• Prepare partner-specific links, assets, and information for outreach.
• Coordinate recurring admin projects across the Partnerships team and escalate issues outside standard scope.
