MIT Solve seeks a Coordinator, Partnerships Operations to streamline coordination systems and information flow. You will support fundraising and program teams, manage donor relations, and improve workflows across Solve's tools and partners.

The role offers hybrid work from within the US, with essential in-person events in Cambridge and onboarding requirements. Excellent written communication and project coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, fundraising operations, partnerships, or donor stewardship.
• Experience working in a CRM to track relationships, pipeline, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for external audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to independently execute operational tasks and propose improvements.

Responsibilities

• Stewardship, fundraising operations, and donor relations management.
• Coordinate top-of-the-funnel outreach and prospect research summaries.
• Manage fundraising pipelines and reporting across platforms.
• Create and refine donor reports and communications.
• Support events, scheduling, and cross-team coordination.
• Document decisions, track action items, and follow up with internal teams.
