Job summary

Paleovalley and Wild Pastures are seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to our Growth Marketing partnerships team. You will help keep processes organized, assist with affiliate programs, and manage partner assets and communications.

In this remote U.S.-based role, you’ll coordinate invoices, gifting, and cross-functional assets while following established workflows. Strong organization and written communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of administrative, operational, marketing, partnerships, or similar support work preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and independently follow established processes and workflows; escalate where needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the Partnerships team across affiliate, paid, and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate affiliate commission payouts and partnership invoices; ensure timely, accurate payments.
• Coordinate partner gifting and create/co-brand resources and pages for partners.
