Job summary

Paleovalley is hiring a Partnerships Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to the Partnerships team across Paleovalley and Wild Pastures. You will help keep processes organized, enable relationship-building, grow programs, and drive revenue.

You will independently manage affiliate payouts, gifting, co-branding, and asset coordination while maintaining records and supporting cross-functional initiatives in a fully remote, US-based role.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in administrative, operational, marketing, partnerships, or similar support work preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and independently follow established processes and workflows, exercise sound judgement within defined guidelines, and escalate when needed.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and shared documents in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the Partnerships team across affiliate, paid, and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate affiliate commission payouts and partnership invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Coordinate partner gifting and promotional materials, including product gift boxes and cards.
• Create co-branded page requests and set up completed pages, links, codes, and resources.
• Gather, organize, and distribute partnership assets, links, and promotional materials.
• Follow through on internal requests for partnership initiatives, including copywriting, design, and assets.
• Maintain accurate partnership records, trackers, and Drive/Monday.com boards.
• Support asset/timeline management for paid partnerships and outreach initiatives.
• Coordinate recurring administrative projects across the Partnerships team, escalating issues as needed.
