Job summary

Idukki is seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead and scale the agency partner program. You will recruit and onboard 50+ agency partners in year one, oversee certification, and coordinate co-marketing initiatives across Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, Klaviyo and regional agencies.

This remote role reports to the VP Sales, with responsibilities spanning live trainings, deal registration, and annual agency summits in London and New York City.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building agency partner programs at a SaaS company.
• Has owned a partner-attributed-ARR target.
• Comfort negotiating co-marketing budgets.
• Network in Shopify Plus / BigCommerce / Klaviyo + agency ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Recruit + onboard 50+ agency partners in year one.
• Run the certification program (live training, exam, badge).
• Build the agency portal + deal-registration flow with engineering.
• Host the quarterly Idukki Agency Summit (London + NYC alternating).
• Co-marketing, webinar series, joint case studies, conference co-sponsorship.
