Richpanel is hiring a Partnerships leader to build and scale a partner-driven revenue engine in North America. You will identify, engage and enable Shopify agencies, BPOs and CX consultants, aligning them to a shared revenue plan and Richpanel’s product narrative.

You will own partner recruitment, enablement, and joint go-to-market motions, working closely with the CEO, head of partnerships and the sales team to drive partner-sourced ARR.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in partnerships, channel sales, agency growth or ecommerce SaaS.

Aufgaben

• Build a named map of top NA Shopify agencies, BPOs and CX consultants.
• Open senior conversations quickly with partners.
• Recruit, enable and activate partners against a shared revenue plan.
• Learn Richpanel’s product, customers, competitors and target buyer in depth.
• Join sales demos and run discovery; explain the product to partners.
• Track partner momentum and report qualified demos, win rate and ARR.
