Responsibilities

• Build, manage and scale strategic B2B partnerships across DACH and international markets.
• Identify, approach and onboard new partners from outreach to signed agreements.
• Own the partnership lifecycle including negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing management.
• Evaluate partners based on brand fit, audience alignment and performance metrics.
• Develop campaigns with a focus on B2B partnerships and influencer revenue share.
• Analyze performance and optimize existing and future initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
