Job summary
Omilia is seeking a Partner Manager for the DACH region to build and scale its ecosystem of system integrators, technology alliances, and CCaaS partners across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The role reports to the VP of Sales and collaborates with Sales, Marketing and Solutions Consulting to drive revenue.
You will recruit and enable partners, craft joint go-to-market plans, manage the partner pipeline, and represent Omilia at industry events while maintaining CRM data and delivering
Qualifications
- Experience in partner, channel, or alliance management in B2B SaaS or CCaaS.
- Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to develop joint business plans with technology or systems integrator partners.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM and pipeline management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop DACH partners (SI, tech alliances, CCaaS).
- Build partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Enable, certify, and equip partners to sell Omilia.
- Lead partner business reviews and planning.
- Coordinate with Sales and Solutions Consulting on deals.
- Represent Omilia at partner and industry events.
- Maintain CRM data and report to the VP Sales DACH.
