Job summary

Cozy Heaven is seeking a Growth Lead to own and optimize the growth engine as we expand across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will connect paid social, search, influencers, affiliates and organic content to drive profitable growth while focusing on customer lifetime gross profit relative to acquisition cost.

You will lead a team of specialists and agencies, align with finance and operations, and ensure the customer journey from first ad to repeat purchases maximizes profitability.

Qualifications

• Owns the growth engine and drives measurable results.
• Experience growing a DTC business in the DACH region.
• Experience with paid media, influencer, affiliate and organic marketing.
• Fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Own performance: set the growth plan, allocate the budget and deliver measurable results.
• Lead acquisition: connect paid social, search, influencers, affiliates and organic content with strong creative and testing.
• Grow customer value: improve conversion, retention and repeat purchases through pricing, bundles, lifecycle campaigns and product launches.
• Build your team: bring together specialists, agencies and AI, set accountability, execute when needed.
• Make informed decisions: work with finance and operations to align customer economics, marketing performance and stock.
