Eleken is seeking a Partnership Manager to build strong long-term collaborations with IT and SaaS partners. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, managing 30+ relationships, and driving measurable business growth.

You will leverage AI tools daily, coordinate with Sales, Account, and Design teams, and represent Eleken at industry events while expanding our partner network. Remote work is offered with flexible scheduling to accommodate global collaborations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a communication-focused role (e.g., AM, PM, Sales, CS).
• Experience managing 30+ client/partner relationships.
• Active use of AI tools in daily tasks.
• Understanding IT, SaaS, and B2B environments.
• Willingness to learn cold outreach and partner acquisition.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Proactive, ownership mindset with results focus.

Responsabilités

• Search for and attract new partners; conduct intro calls and launch collaborations.
• Build and nurture relationships with partners through regular communication.
• Manage the partnership lifecycle from first contact to active collaboration.
• Use AI tools daily to speed up research, outreach, and reporting.
• Coordinate lead exchange between Eleken and partners; track pipeline progress.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account, and Design teams to drive business results.
• Maintain CRM data and documentation; keep processes organized.
• Analyze partnership performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Represent Eleken at industry events and expand the network.
