Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring for a leadership role focused on Private Equity and Growth Investor Partnerships. You will build and scale strategic partnerships, embed ElevenLabs into investor value creation programs, and drive AI adoption across portfolio companies.

You’ll work with Operating Partners, Value Creation teams, and portfolio executives to source, accelerate, and close opportunities, while partnering with the Global Head of BD & Partnerships to define strategy and execute across sponsors.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Enterprise AI, Cloud, or enterprise software.
• Proven track record building strategic partnerships that generate pipeline and revenue.
• Experience collaborating with PE firms, Growth Investors, or PE-backed portfolio companies.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage executive relationships with Operating Partners, Value Creation leaders, and investment professionals across PE & Growth investor firms.
• Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, joint GTM plans, referral models, and enterprise value programs.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Legal to execute PE opportunities.
