Job summary

Last Mile Health is seeking a highly organized Manager, Partnerships & Development to lead donor research, proposal development, and stewardship activities from initiation to completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, draft compelling donor materials, and help senior leaders engage with funding partners.

The role emphasizes DEI integration, strong project management, and collaboration with leadership across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for donors and internal stakeholders.
• Experience managing the development of external-facing deliverables with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple contributors with clear roles and timelines.
• Strong relationship-building across teams and cultures in a high-performing environment.
• Entrepreneurial and solutions-oriented approach with proactive risk management.
• Ability to reflect on identity and equity in decision making.
• Experience using Salesforce and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor prospect research, including briefings and recommendations.
• Oversee donor deliverables (concept notes, proposals, pitches) and due diligence.
• Coordinate donor meetings, briefings, and stakeholder preparation.
• Support donor visits, events, conferences, and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and program teams to prepare funding partners for engagements.
• Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables across multiple workstreams.
