Job summary

March of Dimes in the United States seeks a Partnership Manager, Corporate Engagement to drive the day-to-day management of corporate partnerships from contract execution to renewal readiness. You will be the primary contact for assigned partners and coordinate internally across Mission, MarCom, Finance, and Legal to ensure high-quality delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in account or partnership management, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in account management, partnership management, or client services.
• Excellent attention to detail and process orientation to manage a complex portfolio and commitments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of seniority.
• Strategic judgment in execution to deliver excellence for partners and protect the org from overcommitment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines across internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and ability to work with templates and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned corporate partners and maintain relationships.
• Set realistic expectations with partners regarding deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.
• Monitor partner satisfaction and escalate risks when renewal is at risk.
• Coordinate internal teams (Mission, MarCom, Finance, Legal) to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain CRM records with renewal status and partner health indicators.
