Job summary

Last Mile Health in the United States is seeking a Manager, Partnerships & Development to advance donor engagement, fundraising and stewardship. You will coordinate critical processes, prepare proposals, and work with senior leaders across programs to align funding opportunities with strategic priorities.

The role emphasizes strong organization, proactive leadership, and collaboration across teams, including DEI integration and Salesforce usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred (Public Health, Public Policy, Business).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for donors and internal stakeholders.
• Experience managing external-facing deliverables with strong project management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple contributors and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a project manager for core Partnerships & Communications functions.
• Lead donor prospect research, briefs, proposals, and due diligence.
• Coordinate donor due diligence and proposal development across teams.
• Help plan events and prepare LMH leaders for donor meetings and visits.
• Implement and improve processes for the funding portfolio and reporting.
