Job summary

March of Dimes in San Diego is seeking a Donor Development Manager to lead donor relationships and partnerships, driving revenue growth in support of maternal and child health across our local market.

Reporting to the Associate Director, the role builds volunteer leadership, manages campaigns, and leverages CRM data to inform strategic plans and year-round fundraising activities. Strong communicator with proven fundraising success is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events.
• Peer-to-peer campaign experience.
• Proven success in cultivating major and planned gifts.
• Proven success in cultivating corporate partnerships.
• Ability to build relationships across diverse sectors and communities.
• Proven success in recruiting and retaining high-level volunteer leaders and board members.
• Experience creating content for social media and email marketing to engage donors.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and steward a portfolio of donor relationships and revenue streams.
