Job summary

NMDP in Minneapolis seeks a Donor Engagement Manager to lead the Donor Engagement function and related processes. You will coach staff, align cross‑functional partners, and drive performance to improve donor experience and throughput from initial engagement through early donor qualification.

Responsibilities include overseeing search management, quality assurance, and staff development while upholding CFR, FDA, and NMDP standards in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Five years of leadership experience including three years in a donor center or clinical setting.
• Strong communication, public speaking, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Donor Engagement staff and manage the Search function.
• Coach and mentor staff; drive performance and team development.
• Ensure quality, training, and adherence to standards across the team.
• Collaborate with Provider Services, Workup and Recruitment on new opportunities.
