Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• 3–5 years in nonprofit fundraising, development, grant writing, or donor relations.
• Ability to obtain required background clearances within 30 days.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, donor-centered communications.
• Experience with donor databases, CRM systems, or fundraising software.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the annual fundraising plan, including donor stewardship and campaigns.
• Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects, including identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Prepare donor-facing communications and stewardship materials.
• Contribute to strategies to retain, upgrade, and re-engage donors.
• Coordinate donor communications across print, digital, and event channels.
