Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking a Partnerships Account Manager to support the Partnerships team, ensuring superb patient and referral source experiences through careful data handling and cross-functional collaboration.

You will educate stakeholders about our services, design programs for diverse employee populations, and help expand access to behavioral health care nationwide while maintaining high data quality and efficient admissions workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Healthcare.
• 1–2 years in an operations, administrative, or data-entry-focused role (healthcare experience a plus).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage high-volume workflows.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred) and comfort working with digital tools and databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative working style.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Passion for Charlie Health’s mission to expand access to high-quality mental health care.
• Exceptional communication and deescalation skills, you are motivated by solving difficult problems for clients and providing exceptional service.
• Exceptional interpersonal, listening, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• SLA and KPI Development: Design performance standards and metrics; manage team to performance and quality standards.
• Process Design and Improvement: Optimize pre-admission, in-care, and post-care workflows; identify automation opportunities.
• Manual Data Entry: Execute data entry tasks with quality control to minimize errors.
• Review and process referral information daily to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain up-to-date and organized referral and provider data in internal systems.
• Create and update account and contact records reflecting provider relationships.
• Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain data process documentation and perform regular audits.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with admissions, clinical, growth, partnerships, care experience, and compliance.
