Partnerships Account Manager

Why Charlie Health?

Millions of people across the country are navigating mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and eating disorders, but too often, they are met with barriers to care. From limited local options and long wait times to treatment that lacks personalization, behavioral healthcare can leave people feeling unseen and unsupported.

Charlie Health exists to change that. Our mission is to connect the world to life-saving behavioral health treatment. We deliver personalized, virtual care rooted in connection - between clients and clinicians, care teams, loved ones, and the communities that support them. By focusing on people with complex needs, we’re expanding access to meaningful care and driving better outcomes from the comfort of home.

As a rapidly growing organization, we're reaching more communities every day and building a team that’s redefining what behavioral health treatment can look like. If you're ready to use your skills to drive lasting change and help more people access the care they deserve, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role

The Partnerships Account Manager supports Charlie Health’s Partnerships team by ensuring top-notch patient experience and referral source experience for our go-to-market channels.

You’ll play a critical role in supporting patients’ journey into care with Charlie Health, while maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our internal systems - helping ensure that every client seeking care can be connected to the right treatment pathway without delay.

You will be responsible for educating key stakeholders about our offerings, addressing access barriers, and designing programs tailored to the unique mental health needs of employee populations. You will be both internal- and patient-facing in your day to day, driving significant access for patients and referral sources alike.

This position requires purpose-driven individuals who can effectively communicate the value of our services within the corporate ecosystem. While this work can be complex, every interaction you have will contribute to the well-being of employees and their families nationwide.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by operational excellence. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to support complex admissions and discharge workflows, maintain data quality, top-tier patient and referral source customer service, and support the broader goal of expanding access to life-saving mental health care. This role will play a critical role in designing, operationalizing, and executing cross-functional workflows that ensure an optimal referral experience, including accurate patient data capture, authorization, timely admission, compliance, and patient and referral source support throughout the Charlie Health experience.

We’re a team of passionate, forward-thinking professionals eager to take on the challenge of the mental health crisis and play a formative role in providing life-saving solutions.
