Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, administrative, or data-entry roles (healthcare a plus).
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and comfort with digital tools and databases.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.

Responsibilities

• Design performance standards and metrics; manage team to quality standards.
• Evaluate and optimize pre-admission, in-care, and post-care processes to enhance efficiency.
• Perform data entry tasks; ensure data is accurate and maintain data integrity.
• Review and process referral information daily for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain up-to-date referral and provider data in internal systems; create/update records.
• Support development and scalability of QA measures and document data processes.
