Job summary

Feather is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for Affiliate & Partnerships to own and scale our partner network across markets. You will identify new partners, nurture relationships, and drive revenue through strategic collaborations in a remote-first setup.

You’ll collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to optimize campaigns, automate workflows, and deliver measurable growth. Fintech experience is a plus; excellent negotiation and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or affiliate/partnership marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable meeting partners in person, virtually, and on calls.
• Experience using CRMs or partnership marketing software.
• Ability to build automations to scale workflows.

Responsibilities
